(Names have been changed to protect the innocent) After "Moyota" told me my 4Runner was perfectly fine — and charged me for the privilege — I drove 12,000 miles before a Colorado 'Moyota' dealership found my RF ball joint in critical condition. Brakes and power steering had also quietly moved from green to red. Funny how that works. A local recommendation led me to Autoworks, and what a difference. They ordered the part, fixed the ball joint, did the alignment, and stayed late to get it done same day — because they said they would. I waited to write this review until I'd driven on it for a while. No noise. No drama. Just confidence that my wheel isn't going to cave in at 80mph or on some mountain backroad. 5 stars. These are your guys!
